Pricing FAQ

Can I upgrade or downgrade? +

Yes, you can switch between plans at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing period.

What payment methods are accepted? +

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

Is there a free trial? +

All paid plans come with a satisfaction guarantee. You can cancel anytime with no long-term commitment, so there is no need for a separate trial period.

What if I cancel? +

If you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your billing period. After that, your inbox will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe.

When will plans be available? +

InboxPad is currently in its launch phase. Paid plans are coming soon. You can sign in now to explore the app ahead of the official launch.

Is there an annual billing option? +

Annual billing with a discount is planned. At launch, monthly billing will be available for all plans. Annual pricing details will be announced when plans go live.

Do you offer refunds? +

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid plan, contact support and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Can I have multiple addresses on one account? +

The Business plan includes 5 @inboxpad.com addresses under a single account, making it easy to manage separate inboxes for different workflows or departments. Starter and Pro each include 1 address.

What counts as an incoming email? +

Each email delivered to your inbox counts as one incoming message, regardless of size or number of attachments. All plans include unlimited incoming emails, so there is no cap on how many messages you can receive.

Will my address change if I switch plans? +

No. Your @inboxpad.com address stays the same regardless of which plan you are on. You can upgrade or downgrade without losing your address or your email history.
